It specifically fits the Milwaukee 48228436 PACKOUT Low-Profile Compact Organiser.

The design features two trays for storing metric drill bits from 1mm - 10mm and then extra rows above to fit an 11,12 or 13mm bit if required.
It also features a modular bin system where the back bin can be swapped out depending on your needs when purchasing the full kit.

NOTE:
This has been tested with my set of HSS drill bits, most likely won't fit SDS bits due to their longer length but I tried a few different brands of HSS bits and they all seemed similar lengths.
If you're worried about your drill bits being odd lengths contact me and I can let you know if they'll fit before purchasing.
A version for SDS bits is coming soon.

This insert has been designed to fit extremely tight to the lid of the box to avoid any of the small drill bits floating around and being dislodged.
