It specifically fits the Milwaukee 48228435 PACKOUT Compact Organiser.

There are two verison to account for folks that may have the belt hook attachment.

• If your hook is on the side of the tool with the main Milwaukee logo, choose the 'STANDARD' option.
• If you use the hook on the side with the model number "M12 BPRT",  choose the "MIRRORED" option.
  

I've done this so that the hook always faces upwards when the tool is placed in the insert.
This way your tool will sit nice and flat when stored.
